Symptoms

Users find that when a Request Set is scheduled and they click to View Details the Update Request Set window opens.
When in the form, if they click Cancel without making changes, an FRM error appears on bottom left corner.
If instead they click the NO option, the Request Set goes On Hold.
If they click the YES option, then the Request Set remains Scheduled.
