Service HTML: Serial Number Search Not Displaying Serial Number after Applying Framework Patch (Doc ID 2660817.1)

Symptoms

After applying the ATG.C.Delta.8 and the October Quarterly Security Patches, now when searching for the Serial Number on the Create Screen or Update page, the Search window goes off the left hand side of the screen.
When the user types in a portion of the Serial Number and the box pops up to show the options, the box is really big and off the left side of the screen, and therefore the serial number is not visible.

Steps:

(R) Customer Support Specialist
(N) Agent Dashboard

 - Create a new Service Request
 - Type in Serial Number V12345 so the Search box comes up.

 => The box is off the left hand side of the screen and not able to see the Serial Number.


Additional Notes:

This may happen outside Service as well:
  - HTML Contact Center: The contact name and contract number seem to go to the left as well but they are small enough to stay on the screen
  - Depot Repair: Quick search not rendering
