How to set CACHE_SIZE for sequence WSH_NEW_DELIVERIES_S at operating unit level.

For example:
- OU1 should have CACHE_SIZE for sequence WSH_NEW_DELIVERIES_S as 20
- OU2 should have CACHE_SIZE for sequence WSH_NEW_DELIVERIES_S as 1000
