Getting the following error while entering Estimate Charge lines for any Service Order/Repair Order

IPL: Price was not found on price list XXXXXXXXX for this item XXXX and uom EA
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Depot Repair Manager responsibility
3. Navigate to Create Service Order-->search created service order for update-->navigate to charges and logistics-->Estimates-->Add material line
Observe the above error
