Goal

How to liquidate funds for partially awarded requisitions?

History:

For partially awarding requisitions - created award for amount less than the backing requisition - funds are returned to the requisition instead of the budget. To relieve funds from such requisition, only option available is Liquidate. But in the year end process it is not feasible for the user to identify the requisition and then perform liquidate action for each requisition as there can be hundreds of requisitions.
