Symptoms
3 node 12c database
3 node R12.2.5 Application
After every adop cycle or clone in Prod and other non prod Profile Option "IBY: HTTP PROXY" changes to "https://:80
When manually tried to change the CONTEXT_FILE parameter 80 to null and tried running autoconfig but again the value 80 is coming back in CONTEXT_FILE and in the profile option.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect "IBY: HTTP PROXY" to be null
