Goal

Questions:

1. Is there an API that can be used to manage (insert/update) attributes on Process (i.e table : pa_percent_completes )
Can the PA_PERCENT_COMPLETES_PKG API be to lock/insert/update to add attributes?

2.Also, the "Percent Completes Descriptive Flex" in Oracle Projects in Sysadmin. Is it the DFF associated to the Progress form ?

3. How do you expose those fields for the user form? These attributes are not displayed on the form personalization page.
