SSM Activity Association Update - Missing Parameters From Activity Form

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When searching for asset numbers from EAM self service, the asset activities are not shown
on the Activities form via the Assets tab.
Asset activities should appear on the Asset activities form.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance super user.
2. Navigation: Home->Asset.
3. Query for asset number.
4. Select update asset pencil icon.
5. Select Activities on the right panel.
6. Activities details are not shown.
