Making Change To Supplier Contact Is Throwing Error ORA-20001: Unabled to Call fnd_ldap_wrapper.update_user (Doc ID 2661838.1)

Goal

Make any change to an existing supplier contact registered user with account,  and receive error message upon save.

Failed to update contact: ORA-20001: Unable to update user XXXXXX.XXXX@yyyyy.COM with userid 99999 for the following reason: Unabled to call fnd_ldap_wrapper.update_user due to the following reason: ORA-20001: Unabled to call fnd_ldap_wrapper.update_user due to the following reason: An unexpected error occurred. Please contact your System Administrator. (USER_NAME=XXXXXX.XXXX@yyyyy.COM).

Steps:

1. Using seeded responsibility: Supplier Management User
2. Query supplier
3. Navigate to Contact Directory
4. Edit a contact
