Israel Localization : Error while compiling form CLE_F114_CEREC.fmb (Doc ID 2661956.1)

Symptoms

On trying to compile form CLE_F114_CEREC.fmb , it is failing with a compilation error.
This is specifically observed post upgrading to 12.2.8 environment. 
It may occur for other instances of R12.2.

Error message (per compilation log)

Compiling package body AXCABMR...
Compilation error on package body AXCABMR:
PL/SQL ERROR 306 at line 450, column 11
wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'BA_SELECT_COLUMNS'
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 450, column 11
Statement ignored

Expected behavior

Expects that the form should be allowed for compilation successfully.
