Is It Possible to have Onhand Qty Of Product Of Child Batch For Phantom Item As Ingredient In Parent Batch (Doc ID 2662469.1)

Goal

Is there any way or process or setup to ensure that there is delay between WIP Completion for child Batch for Item A and WIP Issue for Ingredient A in the parent Batch for Item A. And in the mean time the Ingredient A for the parent Batch for Item A should appear as Onhand Quantity.

The desired sequence of events :-
Through Incremental Backflush, WIP Completion to be done for child Batch for Item A.
Item A should appear as Onhand Quantity and can also be moved from one location to another.
WIP Issue for Ingredient A in the parent Batch for Item A to be done at a later time.
