Total Quantity Is 0 on Availability Window, Even Though There Is On-hand Quantity on Material Workbench. (Doc ID 2662506.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
All data was migrated from 11.5.10.2 to R12.2.9
This issue occur only specific item's LOT number.
Total Quantity Is 0 on Availability Window, Even Though There Is On-hand Quantity on Material Workbench.

Expected Behavior
Total Quantity of Availability and On Hand Quantity of Material Workbench should be same.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. (N) Inventory responsibility: On-hand, Availability> On-hand Quantity
  2. Find issue item and LOT number
  3. Quantity of Material Workbench is 100, not 0 and then click Available button
  4. Total Quantity of Availability windows shows '0'
