Symptoms

After ECC Integration, the Concurrent Requests Sets can't proceed to the Second Child Request and the Parent goes in “Paused” status

Parent Starts --> 1st Child is spawned --> 1st Child completes --> 2nd Child doesn’t get spawned and Parent Request stays in “Paused” Status
