Service HTML: Agent Dashboard - 'Invalid Address' when using Quick SR

(R) Customer Support Specialist
(N) Agent Dashboard

- Create Service Request button.
- Enter Serial Number and other SR attributes
- Click on Save and Add Details.

=>  Incident Address is not populated

Error: 'Invalid Address'
