HTML Contact Center: Stale Data When Accessing the Address Section (Doc ID 2663212.1)

Symptoms

When selecting an Address from the HTML Contact Center "View Details" folder icon, a Stale Data error is received.

1. Open HTML Contact Center

2. Search with any account number

3. Click addresses link from folder icon

4. Click Radio button for an address without a timezone

5. Click Radio button for any other address

Following error is displayed:

 

The requested page contains stale data. This error could have been caused
through the use of the browser's navigation buttons (the browser Back button,
for example).
Cause:
The view object CscPartyUpdateRootAM.CscPartyStAddressFourRN511_CscPartyStAddressFourRN_oracle_apps_csc_oa_site_server_CscSiteAM.CscAddressSiteDetailsEOVO1 contained no
record. The displayed records may have been deleted, or the current record for the view object may not have been properly initialized.
