On : 12.2.5 version, Pick Release
When attempting to transact the move order for sales order the following error occurs.
ERROR

The material sourcing process failed to create picking suggestions for line 1 of move order number xxxx
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
0. Create sales order for OM indivisible item and create a detailed reservation.
1. Pick release sales order > with prior reservations = Yes
2. Run pick release
3. Pick release backorders and does not allocate material
