Bill To And Credit Card Information Is Missing In Charges And Service Logistics (Doc ID 2663742.1)

On : 12.2.8 version, Agent Dashboard

When attempting to view the BillTo and Credit Card Information from the Charges and Service Logistics LOV from the HTML Service Request UI,
the Bill To and credit card field is blank.

Expect the Bill To and Credit Card information to be displayed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Field Service Manager (R)
2) Customer management (N)
3) Open the HTML SR (N) Actions LOV
4) Charges and Service Logistics > Bill To Address and Credit Card Information section is blank

Due to this issue, users cannot view the Bill To and Credit Card Information from the HTML Service Request
