Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

When attempting to enter an order,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error: Error during reception of XML response document. ORA-29273 HTTP request failed
Error: ExecuteRequest exception. User Defined Exception


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Navigation: Orders,Returns>Sales Orders
3. Enter order and see error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter orders.
