Symptoms
Daily Depreciation is not calculated during Retirement. As the book has been defined with a daily prorate convention, it is expected depreciation to be taken accordingly in the period of retirement.
Create an asset with DPIS 01-MAR-2020
Retire this asset on 10-MAR-2020
Depreciation calendar - Monthly, Calculation basis set at book level is Daily.
Prorate and retirement convention - Daily convention.
It is expected that the above scenario would have 9 days of depreciation for the asset.
