Symptoms

While using a smart form as a non catalog template and the Smart form has the option Restrict Suppliers set to 'Category ASL', when attempting to create a non catalog requisition, the following error occurs:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.NoDefException: JBO-25058: Definition DunsNumber of type Attribute not found in RestrictedReqSupplierVO

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a smart form with Restrict supplier Category ASL
2. Create a non catalog request
3. Click on LOV against Supplier Name
4. Click Go to see the list of suppliers
4. See the error
