Unable to Query 'Orig_system_reference1' when Added in 'OKL_UNIVERSAL_SEARCH' (Doc ID 2664380.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that ORIG_SYSTEM_REFERENCE1 is added to lookup type OKL_UNIVERSAL_SEARCH so that it can be used as a search criterion in lease center expanded search. However, when performing the expanded search using ORIG_SYSTEM_REFERENCE1, the system is ignoring the search item and gives he following message:

This query will take a long time to query results as you have not specified any search criteria. Do you want to continue?

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect ORIG_SYSTEM_REFERENCE1 is taken into account when doing expanded search.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to application developer
Query Lookup type OKL_UNIVERSAL_SEARCH
Add ORIG_SYSTEM_REFERENCE1
2. Log out and log back in
3. Navigate to lease center search
4. Go to Expanded search tab
5. Enter OU
6. Choose
Item >> ORIG_SYSTEM_REFERENCE1
Condition >> Equal to
Value >> Legacy contract number
7. Click on Search and it will ignore it and will return with the above message.
