Dispatch Scheduling Error: "The request SearchAssistedOptions did not complete successfully" (Doc ID 2664461.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Dispatch Center

When attempting to schedule tasks from the dispatch center form
the following error occurs.


"The request SearchAssistedOptions did not complete successfully. Please refer to the Help>Diagnostics>Logging menu for information about the request failure. If no logging found, please enable logging on level Error and execute the request again."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open dispatch center form
2. attempt to schedule tasks
3. errors occur
