Symptoms

When attempting to Submit CLE: Load Receipts Statement,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
WARNING: The selected file does not contain any transaction records.
WARNING: The selected file does not contain any receipts with valid transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit CLE: Load Receipts Statement.
2. Check the Log File of the Request.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Load the receipts automatically using Belgium Add on Feature.
