Interface Trip Stop Errors: (ORA-20001 Unable To Locate A Valid Sales Tax Rate) & (ORA-20002: 3135: Wf_Item_Activity_Status) (Doc ID 266463.1)

Some orders fail the interface trip stop.  The Interface Trip Stop - SRS log file shows a couple of different problems:

some error occurred ORA-20001: Unable to locate a valid Sales Tax rate for
transaction. Ensure that an active Sales Tax rate exists for the Location.

Also note the bottom of the log file:

The OM interface is not the problem, it is the Inventory interface.
