Interface Trip Stop Errors: (ORA-20001 Unable To Locate A Valid Sales Tax Rate) & (ORA-20002: 3135: Wf_Item_Activity_Status)

Some orders fail the interface trip stop. The Interface Trip Stop - SRS log file shows a couple of different problems:

transaction. Ensure that an active Sales Tax rate exists for the Location.

The OM interface is not the problem, it is the Inventory interface.
