Unable to Select a Product With an Installed/Start Date Later Than the Contract Start Date at the Covered Level (Doc ID 2665193.1)

Symptoms

Using the HTML Service Contracts page, when attempting to select a Product (Installed Base Item Instance) on the Subline, if the Start Date of the Item Instance is later than the Subline's Start Date, the Product cannot be selected.

Steps
1, Using a Service Contracts responsibility open the Administrator Workbench.
2. Create a new or open an existing Contract in an enterable status..
3. Navigate to the Lines and Covered Level
4. Select the Covered Level of 'Product' and attempt to select an Instance which has the Installed / Start Date later than Start Date of the Subline.
5. Find that you are unable to select the Instance.
