Error Navigating To Different Transactional HTML Pages From HTML Contact Center Screen (Doc ID 2665580.1)

Symptoms

In the HTML Contact Center when navigating from the Service Request Infotile after opening an SR and
then navigating to the Contracts Infotile and opening a contract an exception occurs when returning to the Customer Overview page.


Exception Details.
 oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException:
JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation.  Statement: SELECT
