Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Inventory Transactions
When attempting to perform account alias,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

"Total Organization Quantity cannot become negative when there are reservations present"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory Responsibility
2. Navigate to account alias and try to do issue
Checked for following
- There are No pending transactions OR reservations
- Verified as per Doc ID 1935373.1
