EAM Work Order's "Last Update date" is not changing when direct items added via OAF page. (Doc ID 2665652.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Work Execution

When users Creates Direct Items for the Work Orders via OAF page then "UPDATE DATE" is not updated .

This can be checked by below Navigation
Help>record history>update date

But this is getting updated if we add direct items form forms.

Last update date on work order should get updated for OAF page as well.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Login to EAM(R)>Query the Work Order 123XXXX check below details.

   Go to Help>record history>update date.

   It shows below details.
      About This Record.
      Update Date:26-FEB-2020 01:25:35
      Table name=EAM_WORK_ORDERS_V

2.Now, Go to Maintenance Super User (R)>Query the work order Number 123XXXX and click on Update Work Order.

3.Go to Material Requirement Tab.

4.Now add new line with Item Type:Direct Item and add details and save

5.Now query the above Work Order via FORMS and go to Help>record history>update date.
  But last update date did not change for Work order
