Year End Close Process Performance Issue
The Year End Close process is taking too long to complete.
Also, The Journals now are getting created fine but wants to see the same journal amount in the Year End Execution report in preview mode and then would like to run in Final mode. The Year End Execution report should match to the actual Journal created even without the federal attributes. This is how users validate the Journals to be created.

Federal Year End Close Process (YECP) program should complete in a reasonable time.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Federal Administrator.
2. Submit the Federal Year End Close Process
