Special Address Cannot Be Entered In Part Requirement Html When 'Australia' Country Is Selected (Doc ID 2666651.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:
Australia - Address Segments not displayed when Special Address type is selected in Parts Requirement html

Steps to replicate
1. Login to Oracle Apps
2. Set Profile: HZ: Reference Territory -> Australia
3. R) Field Service Manager -> Spares Management -> Parts Requirement Html
4. Enter the Technician and the other mandatory details..
5. Select Address Type = Special, find that the Country field is populated with 'Australia', however, the address segments are not displayed.
