When closing a single discrete job, concurrent request completes with a warning.

The job closes successfully but the statement on the view output says that there is an open requisition associated with the job.
But actually there is no open requisition for the job.

ERROR

There is an open Requisition or Purchase Order attached to this job/schedule.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Work In Process.
2. Go to Close Discrete Jobs (SRS).
3. Submit the concurrent request for one job.
4. The request completes in warning.
