Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Asset Definition

When attempting to deactivating Asset the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
De-activation failed.
 "You cannot deactivate an asset for which there are open work requests or service requests or work orders."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility enterprise Asset management
2. Go to Assets > Define Asset number > query by asset number >
3.Tools>De-Activate Asset Number and error occurs.

Error:"You cannot deactivate an asset for which there are open work requests or service requests or work orders."
