Can users be prevented from approving their own journal created in Web ADI, as per the following scenario?

A manager uploads a Web ADI journal (creator = Manager) and his direct reporting subordinate submits the
uploaded journal for approval (Submitter). This journal then goes back to the manager for approval (Approver)
and when manager approves it, it's a SOX violation where the creator is the same as approver.
