German Localizations: Z5 Unreconciled Report is not as per legal requirements (Doc ID 2667255.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is a formatting difference between the Z5 Reconciled Report and the Z5 Unreconciled Report.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------
These two reports should have the same totals formats for submission to the German Tax Authorities
As per legal attachments that the totals in the Z5 reports should be as per below format ie..
total from transactions (in thousands EUR)
total from transactions (in thousands EUR)
total from transactions (in thousands EUR)

BUSINESS IMPACT
--------------------
Due to this issue, users are not able to submit the reports to German tax authorities.
