ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

In Knowledge Management (KM) an external solution has been created using HTML tags to enable an email address as a link.
When viewing the solution in KM this appears correctly showing the email as a link and not showing any HTML tags.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- (R) Knowledge Management (KM)
- An external solution has been created using HTML tags to enable an email address as a link.
=> The solution in KM this appears correctly showing the email as a link and not showing any HTML tags.

When this same solution is viewed in iSupport, the HTML tags are present and this is shown as plain text rather than a link.
