OE_ORDER_PUB.PROCESS_ORDER API Is Updating Line Quantity on Internal Requisition (Doc ID 2667303.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to use "OE_ORDER_PUB.PROCESS_ORDER" to split the sales order line, the line quantity on Internal Requisition is updated.

For eg. Internal Requisition quantity is 100 with single product line. When calling the above process order API to split the Sales Order Line for quantity 60 and 40. The API is splitting the sales order lines correctly but also updating the quantity on Internal Requisition as 60.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect splitting of order line does not update internal requisition quantity.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run process order API to split order line.
2. Check quantity on internal requisition.
