BOMPCMBM Create Common Bills fails unable to common BOM. The following error occurs

ERROR
-----------------------
One or more components of <Assembly Item 1> in organization ABC have different properties in organization XYZ, or a component does not exist in the destination organization.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigate: Bills of Materials > Bills > Bills
2. Query for specific bill of material <Assembly Item 1>
3. Tools > Create Common Bill
4. Scope: Single Organization
5. Enter Organization and Assembly Item name
6. Click OK button

Users unable to common BOM, which results in inability to start production for that assembly item.
