Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Auction/RFx creation
When attempting to download contract document from Sourcing Responsibility for a RFQ, the
following error is thrown.
010-31011 -ERROR- ORA-31011: XML parsing failed ORA-19213: error occurred in XML processing at lines 88 LPX-00118: Warning: undefined entity "nbsp"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sourcing Super User (R)
2. Create the RFQ and Add Contract Template and apply and Save the document
3. Click on Contract Terms and select Download Contract and Click on Go button
4. The error is thrown.
Due to this issue, users cannot download contract terms from the RFQ.
