ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Contracts status changed to EXPIRED even through Regular streams billing is pending
It is seen that contract status is getting changed to EXPIRED even though there are some regular streams pending for billing. It should have ended with error - "Contract &CONTRACT_NUMBER can not be terminated. Please process Regular Stream Billing for contract up to the termination date &TERMINATION_DATE."
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It should have ended with error - "Contract &CONTRACT_NUMBER can not be terminated. Please process Regular Stream Billing for contract up to the termination date &TERMINATION_DATE."
STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a contract (Set EVG flag to No)
2. Bill contract for few cycles and Keep few billing cycle pending billing
3. Close all Open Invoices
4. Run Accruals till contract end date
5. Run Terminate Expired contracts. Contacts status changes to EXPIRED even though there is are streams pending to be billed
