Ameall.ldt Fails with Error "Table is missing the index AME_ACTION_TYPE_USAGES_UK1" During 12.2.0 Upgrade (Doc ID 2668357.1)

Problem Statement:

During R12.2 upgrade, worker job fails loading ameall.ldt with the error below.

The table is missing the index AME_ACTION_TYPE_USAGES_UK1
or index AME_ACTION_TYPE_USAGES_UK1 exists on another table.
Create it with the statement:

Warning: Object "AME_ACTION_TYPE_USAGES" is not registered in table "FND_OBJECT_TABLESPACES".

AD Worker - GetIndexAttributes: INFO: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

Error calling GetIndexAttributes(HR,AME_ACTION_TYPE_USAGES_UK1)
