On : 12.1.3 version, Trx Changes & Cancellations

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Processing Constraint with user action - Require Reason and Require History on column Promise Date on order lines
is not raised when order line is in 'Entered' status.
The processing constraint is working fine when order line is 'Booked' and prompts users to enter a Reason Code and Comments to update Promise Date.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to raise and prompt to enter Reason or Comments when order line is in 'Entered' status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Open Sales Order form
2) Query Sales Order
3) Navigate to tab = 'Line Items'
4) Change Promise Date on Order Line
5) Prompt to enter Reason Code and Comments not appearing and Promise Date change save in database

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Require Reason and Require History for line in 'Entered' status.
