Unable to Copy Item From Oracle Product Hub while Session Language is Turkish or Other Languages Beside English

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to copy item using Oracle Product Hub for some particular items on Turkish language, the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup FND: Diagnostics=Yes at the User level
2. Logout and login again in Turkish. Open the item that we want to copy.
3. Set Trace and click on Diagnostics.
a. Set Trace Level (Trace with Binds)
b. Trace Id:3344
4. Reproduce the issue.
a. Go to Item.
b. Select Template and click on Next.
c. Click on Finish
The application raise the error:
WHAT IS WORKING
Using Copy item for English language for the same item, the process complete successfully.
