Unable to Copy Item From Oracle Product Hub while Session Language is Turkish or Other Languages Beside English (Doc ID 2668971.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Catalog items

When attempting to copy item using Oracle Product Hub for some particular items on Turkish language, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. Setup FND: Diagnostics=Yes at the User level
  2. Logout and login again in Turkish. Open the item that we want to copy.
      Item Number:XYZ
      Org Code:123456
  3. Set Trace and click on Diagnostics.
      a. Set Trace Level (Trace with Binds)
      b. Trace Id:3344

  4. Reproduce the issue.
      a. Go to Item.
      b. Select Template and click on Next.
      c. Click on Finish

The application raise the error:

EGO_ITEM_ACROSS_MASTER_ORGS_ER

WHAT IS WORKING

Using Copy item for English language for the same item, the process complete successfully.
