Cannot setup Rules to Escape Escape (\) character
If the rule syntax, specifically the If Expression contains a backslash, then it must be escaped with another backslash.
The specific use case is to check if the first two characters of the item number is '\E'

Row 1 If Expression - Syntax error at line 1 and column 41. Found "E" after "\"\\".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup workbench > Rules > Create rule with If expression : substring(Item_Primary.Name, 0, 2) == "\\E"
2. Validate and apply
3. See only 1 backslash. Rule can be saved fine and applied fine. But, its a problem when user tries to update again.
4. Click on update > The screen now removes the escape character "\" and the syntax reads as > substring(Item_Primary.Name, 0, 2) == "\E"
5. Validate > See error

The user can manually add back the escaped characters when editing rules.
