Date Criteria Is Not Working In Advanced Search In Find Service Requests Form (Doc ID 2669243.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Service Request Form

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When try to search service requests in Find service request > Advanced search page based on date fields like created on/ reported then the query doesn't fetch any results.
But in system there are service requests matching those criteria.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Search Results should return the data if the matching records exists.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to (R) Service > Service Requests > Find Service Requests
2. Click on Advanced tab
3. Try to search service request based on date fields like created on/ reported
