Goal

Applied Patch 30812267:R12.WSH.C to back-port some Shipping Execution features available in Release 12.2.9 into Release 12.2.8.

When user backordered a delivery line using the Actions button in the Shipping Transactions Form, the backorder reason field is not editable,
and when trying to use Backorder All results in message 'List of Values contains no entries' being raised.

How can user update the backorder reason field?
