Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Serial Number disappears from Service Request (SR) Header after the debrief is completed from Oracle Mobile Field Service (OMFS )Multi Platform Application

 EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
SR Header information should not be vanished when debrief done from OMFS Client


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created Service Request /Task in SR Form on E business (EBS)
2. Assigned task to resource
3. Sync performed in OMFS client, task is downloaded to the OMFS app..
4. Debrief activity performed Complete the Task and update the Notes
Observe that Serial Number and Instance Number are missing from Service Request in OMFS Client
5.Perform sync to reflect the same in EBS
Observe that SR Header information missing in SR Form
