Symptoms

After 12.2.7 or 12.2.9 upgrade


When a Change Request is accepted against a Purchase Order by the buyer, the workflow is becoming stuck In Process and can't be progressed, and the child workflow is sending an notification as below to the buyer :

po.plsql.PO_DOCUMENT_ACTION_AUTH.approve:90:archive_po not successful - po.plsql.PO_DOCUMENT_ACTION_PVT.do_action:110:unexpected error in action call


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Change Request accepted against a PO by the buyer


This is happening for all PO's that have a Change Request accepted against them
