Symptoms

Unable to close Inventory period due to Unprocessed Shipping Transactions

Error

ERROR_CODE: Invalid subinventory
ERROR_EXPLANATION: The Subinventory specified is not in the restricted list for the given item

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to close inventory period
2. Find there is a pending shipping transaction
