Pretax Calculation is not Correct When Set to High Percentage

Symptoms
A deduction has been set up to defer a percentage of a bonus payment. When the percentage is set to a high amount, the calculation is incorrect. For example, if the Percentage is set to 80%, the deduction is correct. When the percentage is set to 85%, it is calculating incorrectly
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set deduction to high amount, like 85%
2. Run payroll which includes bonus payment
3. Check SOE and see the deduction is incorrect.
