List Search Feature Causes An Exception Java.lang.NullPointerException (Doc ID 2670909.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Requisition Management

When attempting to use List Search feature in 12.2.9,
the following error occurs.

at oracle.apps.icx.por.reqmgmt.webui.ExpSearchCO.processFormRequest(ExpSearchCO.java:564)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAWebBeanHelper.processFormRequest(OAWebBeanHelper.java:952)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAWebBeanContainerHelper.processFormRequest(OAWebBeanContainerHelper.java:424)
at oracle.apps.fnd

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Enable profiles:

  FND: Enable List Search to true
  FND : Enable Infotile View for Query Beans true
  FND: Enable Quick Search for Query Beans true
  Personalize Self Defn Personalization to False

2. Click Table Diagnostics > Enable List Search
3. Execute search with 30 days
    Error is shown
